Editor, Screenwriter, Director Born in Chile, Sebastián studied editing at the EICTV in Cuba and screenplay at La Fémis. He directed the feature film The Quispe Girls, awarded at Venice Film Festival in 2013. He co-wrote Young and Wild, World Cinema Screenwriting Award at Sundance 2012. As a film editor, he has worked on Gael Garcia Bernal’s Chicuarotes, and Pablo Larraín’s El Club, Jackie, and Ema. For Larraín, he also edited the first episode for Stephen King’s adapted series Lisey's Story, and won the DiscussingFilm Critics Award 2022 for Best Editing for Spencer.
