Corneliu PORUMBOIU

“Corneliu PORUMBOIU : Romanian, born in Vaslui, 1975.
In 2003, he graduated from the University of Drama and Film I. L. Caragiale in Bucharest, where he studied film directing. His diploma film, A Trip to the City, won several prizes, including the Cinéfondation’s 2nd Prize at Cannes 2004. After graduation, he directed Liviu’s Dream, a medium-length film which was screened at Telluride Film Festival in the Great Expectations Section. He is now working on his first feature About Angel and Hair.
Post Residence: Corneliu has completed the shoot of a feature film entitled Y a-t-il eu ou pas?”
