Diego LERMAN

“Diego LERMAN : Argentinean, born in 1976, Diego Lerman graduated from the University of Buenos Aires where he studied cinema and theatre. He has directed five short films, among which La Prueba (The Evidence) is the most popular. His first feature film, Tan de Repente (Suddenly) won the Silver Leopard in Locarno (2002) and several other awards as well. He’s currently working on a second feature film project, Tal Vez (Maybe) which he plans to shoot in Argentina in 2003.
Post Residence: Diego has wound up the shoot of his second feature, developed at the Residence, Mientras Tanto, co-produced by Pyramide, for which he won the Opening Shot Prize in 2004. He’s currently working on the script for a new fiction film, Bienvenidos a Paraiso.”
