“Ewa BANASZKIEWICZ : English, of Polish and Sri-Lankan origin, born in 1971, graduated from the Polish National Film School in Lodz. She directed there two short films: Written on the Body (2000) and I Wish, I Wait (2001) presented at the Cinéfondation in Cannes (2001). Post Residence: Ewa has finished writing her screenplay, developed at the Residence, Saddie by the Sea. She’s recently written a series for BBC Channel 4 radio, and has started scripting a new feature, Stories of Love.”
