Fyzal BOULIFA

Fyzal Boulifa (born in 1985) is a British filmmaker of Moroccan heritage. He is the writer and director of several short films including Whore, winner of the Grand Prix du Jury Angers Premiers Plans 2010, and The Curse, which premiered at Cannes Director’s Fortnight 2012, winning Le Premier Prix Illy for Best Short film and going on to play at Sundance and win awards at Dubai International Film Festival and the Hamptons. Most recently it has been nominated for a BAFTA in the Best Short Film Category. Fyzal is currently developing his first feature length screenplay, Teenage Model.
