Hadar FRIEDLICH

Hadar FRIEDLICH : Graduated at the “Maale” Film School in Jerusalem. Her diploma film ‘Grief’ (2000), participated at film festivals around the world and won various international prizes, including: Fipa d’or, Melbourne Grand Prix Award, Odense Critic’s Award. ‘Grief’, was sold to various TV stations and institutions including: ZDF/ARTE, SBS, The Danish film institute. Hadar’s next project a 50 min drama ‘Slaves of the Lord’ (2002) won the best script award at the Jerusalem IFF, was screened at various film festivals including: Cannes – Directors’ Fortnight, Melbourne IFF, The Sao Paulo IFF as well as at professional screenings such as INPUT. Hadar is currently writing her next project, the story of Hannah, a 73 year old widow, founder member of a Kibbutz.
