Hagar BEN-ASHER

Hagar Ben Asher was born in Israel in 1979. She graduated from the “Minshar for art – school and center” in Tel – Aviv. She wrote and directed two short films Fun Today and Wake Up both screened at many international festivals. Her graduation film Mish’olim (Pathways) was selected at the cinefondation during the 2007 Cannes film festival. Hagar is also starring in the Israeli feature film Julia Mia to be released at the end of 2007. She is now working on her first feature film the slut. The film is about a villages’ slut, mother of two little girls, and a man coming to the rescue, but she will not be cured… and neither will he.
