Il-Gon SONG

“Ilgon SONG : Korean, born in 1971, Ilgon Song graduated from the National Film School of Lodz. He directed Liver and Potato, 1998 and The Picnic, 1999 (short film in competition at the 1999 Cannes Film Festival). He has just shot his first feature film, Flowers Island, and is working on his next project, entitled The Knife.
Post Residence: After having shot his film, developed at the Residence, Flower Island, Ilgon directed three other features: Spider Forest, Feather and, quite recently, Magicians. The latter will be released on Korean screens end March 2006.”
