Noam KAPLAN

Noam KAPLAN : was born in Israël in 1974 and graduated from the Sam Spiegel Film & Television School in 2003. His diploma film “Blue White Collar Criminal” (53 minutes), a cross-genre socio-political tale, was theatrically released in Israel and participated in some international film. He is working on “Blue Collar Criminal: Part 2”, a reflective political fiction across the Czech Republic, Israel, the occupied territories and Egypt, packaged and told as a crime film.
