ALBERTO EXPRESS

On the eve of his first child’s birth that he’s having with a young French woman, Alberto finds himself suddenly overcome with intense remorse which makes him unable to sleep. He must, no matter what, pay the important debt he accrued with his father when he was a young man in Rome…. The due date for this heavy debt is the fatal day when he will become a father himself, in less then twenty-four hours… Alberto leaves his wife who is about to give birth and runs to catch the last train to Rome. A race against the clock starts then, an insane, funny and nostalgic fugue which will inevitably bring Alberto to the much dreaded end of his childhood.
