BLUE CITY
The story of ” Blue City ” follows the accidental and nearly wordless interactions of four characters: a sullen suicidal man with a stick of white chalk and a Chet Baker tape, a pair of thieves trying to commit multiple grand theft auto, and a wandering, ball-bouncing boy – all of whom can’t stop crossing paths in the bleak industrial world that they inhabit.
