As the Russian mafia injects drugs into the vibrant late-1980s New York club scene, up-and-coming club manager Bobby Green must hide his family ties to law enforcement from everyone except his girlfriend Amada: his brother Joseph is a rising star in the NYPD; his father Burt is the deputy chief of police. But for the Russians and their kingpin Vadim, there are no rules of engagement-they will kill anyone to get their message across, including family members. So when they declare war on the police, Bobby is forced to decide between his life and his family.
