New Producers Room 2026: the 10 producers

Training workshop for promising producers, the New Producers Room aims to build strong & enriching bonds, and allow the learning of many useful skills, from co-production opportunities for short films to talent development and distribution.

Elaborated by the SFC | Rendez-vous Industry in collaboration with Institutions, the initiative is looking for facilitating the interactions between producers from specific regions and therefore stimulate the potentiality of co-production to strengthen the making of short films. Through general and personalized sessions & matchmaking, producers gain knowledge on key industry topics and the possibility to boost the development of their current projects.

The initiative is elaborated in collaboration with Baltic Shorts, BOGOSHORTS, Catalan Films, CineSud, The Five Nordics, Jakarta Film Week, Swiss Films and the Syndicat des Producteurs Indépendants (SPI).

The SFC | Rendez-vous Industry warmly thanks all the consultants & mentors participating in the sessions dedicated to the producers: Flavio Armone, Louise Bellicaud, Romain Bent, Satu Elo, Sophie Erbs, Heidi Fleisher, Pierre-Yves Jourdain, Eliott Khayat, Inna Lastochkina, Facundo Lema, Noëlle Levenez, Cait Pansegrouw, Marija Razgute, Jennifer Sabbah-Immagine, Nevena Semova, Dominique Welinski.

This year again, the SFC | Rendez-vous Industry is glad to collaborate with BOGOSHORTS, European Short Pitch and Go Short who will grant support to different producers participating in the New Producers Room.

Additionally, all the projects of the Focus SCRIPT and the Focus WiP, as well as the participants of the New Producers Room, are eligible to a support provided by Brussels Short Film Festival.
