Para Los Contricantes by Federico Luis, Short Film Palme d’Or 2026

The Short Film and La Cinef Jury, chaired by Carla Simón and composed of Ali Asgari, Salim Kechiouche, Ji-Min Park, and Magnus von Horn, awarded the Short Film Palme d’Or during the Closing Ceremony of the 79th Festival de Cannes.

The selection included 10 short films, chosen from 3,184 entries and drawn from productions and co-productions from 136 countries.
