Tulse Luper, a writer and a project-maker, is caught up in a life of prisons all over the world. From the south of Wales to Moab in Utah, Antwerp, Vaux, Budapest, Kyoto and Manchuria.
The story covers some sixty years of the Twentieth Century from 1928 with the discovery of Uranium in Colorado, up to 1989 and the break-up of the Berlin wall at the end of the Cold War.
