Gouda El Masri had came back to Egypt after having spent 10 years imprisoned and tortured in Irak. Back in his shanty town – at the feet of the luxurious skyscrappers – he struggles to make a living in a country where the Government privatizes everything, even the water. Gouda joins popular demonstrations but he is rapidly told to “live like a aunt”. Then he ended to work for a corrupted deputy. A brillant social satyr.
