SO CLOSE TO PARADISE
Dong Zhi makes his living in the city as a pier coolie and doing odd jobs. He never thought he would be caught up in a monetary dispute between a gang leader and his fellow villager, Gao Ping. To find the person who cheated Gao, he and Dong Zhi abduct the gang leader’s girlfriend, Yuan Hong. Dong Zhi falls in love with Yuan Hong but she prefers Gao Ping, hoping he can change her destiny.
