Focus COPRO’ 2024: three projects granted by Pop Up Film Residency, ECAM Industria & Initiative Film.

The Focus COPRO’ highlights talented filmmakers in the presentation of their first feature film projects to key decision-makers & industry platforms within the SFC | Rendez-vous Industry. 

This year again, three institutions collaborated to the program and chose three projects that will benefit from tailor-made supports. 

 

Congratulations to Antoine Chapon and his project NEHIR, produced by Petit Chaos! 

Thanks to the collaboration developed with Pop Up Film Residency, one of the projects part of the Focus COPRO’ benefits from a 3-week residency program, in the company of a dedicated mentor, run by M-Films and supported by Vilnius City and AVAKA.

Congratulations to Viv Li and her project UNTIL WE REACHED THE PURPLE GATE THERE WAS NOTHING, produced by Tripode Productions & Protest Studios! 

In collaboration with ECAM Industria, the representatives of one project part of the Focus COPRO’ are invited to participate in ECAM Forum – an initiative dedicated to projects in development aiming at boosting international co-production opportunities.
They will take part in the next edition of the event in Madrid and will benefit from a dedicated mentoring session.

Congratulations to Jorge Cantos and his project LOS OLVIDADOS, produced by Entre las piedras! 

With the participation of Initiative Film, one of the Focus COPRO’ projects benefits from a 1’000€ envelope in provision of service. This grant can be used for dedicated consultancies led by Initiative Film around the script development of the project.
